Some Additional Information Regarding TLS Requirements

In December of 2015, the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) announced revisions to their timeline mandating the deprecation of certain encryption protocols (SSL v3.0 and TLS 1.0). In response, OpenEdge will be deprecating TLS 1.1 and incompatible cipher suites from all environments, only allowing connections to its processing platform that use TLS 1.2 encryption and approved ciphers.

Your RCM version must be updated by March 31th, 2018. This update is required to continue processing payments. You can find instructions showing you how to install this update by clicking here
